Hotel Rajdhani Regency came to us with a clear challenge - outdated interiors that no longer reflected the hotel's premium positioning.

The brief: redesign the lobby and event halls to compete with luxury hotels in Tier-2 cities, draw high-end corporate bookings and wedding events, and deliver an interior that justified a premium price point.

The design direction was timeless classical grandeur. A complete renovation of the existing lobby and banquet/event spaces, focused on rich material finishes, statement lighting, and a spatial layout that commands presence. No clutter, no compromise - every element chosen to communicate luxury hospitality at its finest.

The project required working within an existing structure, demanding precise space planning and a sharp eye for transforming constraints into character. The outcome is an interior that feels built for the city's most important occasions - corporate galas, weddings, and high-profile events.
